4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Funds can be deposited to 15bet only through the following methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300. Follow the instructions in your mobile banking app when making a deposit and ensure you use the correct reference number.

• It may take some time for the deposit to be reflected in your account
• For failed transactions, contact support within 24 hours

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Standard withdrawal processing time is 5–30 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made to the same mobile banking account used to make the deposit.

4.3 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Foreign currency transactions are not currently supported.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

15bet offers new members a 120% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,200 bonus → total balance ৳2,200
• Deposit ৳14,000 or more → maximum ৳8,000 bonus → total balance ৳22,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Winnings earned from a bonus must meet the wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined sum of the deposit and bonus.

5.3 Bonus Usage Conditions

• Bonuses may only be used on designated games and betting markets.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• Wagering must be completed within the specified time after the bonus is claimed.
• If a bonus is claimed through multiple accounts or fraud, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.
• 15bet reserves the right to modify or cancel the terms of any promotional offer.

5.4 VIP Rewards Program

15bet operates four VIP tiers for regular players — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. A weekly cashback benefit is provided at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Progress through VIP tiers depends on a player's activity and engagement on the platform. Applicable terms must also be followed when withdrawing cashback.

The 15bet service is provided on an "as is" basis. 15bet is not liable for the following:

• Losses caused by internet connection disruptions
• Issues arising from third-party technical failures
• Unauthorized access to an account due to user negligence
• Service interruptions due to force majeure or unavoidable circumstances
• Expected earnings not realized from gaming

If a technical error affects a game result, the relevant bet will be cancelled and the staked amount will be refunded — however, there is no obligation to pay out expected winnings.

11.1 Changes to Terms

15bet reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified as early as possible of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

11.2 Account Termination

An account may be closed for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these terms
• Fraudulent or deceptive activity
• At the member's own request
• Extended period of inactivity

When an account is closed at the member's request, any remaining valid balance will be returned after pending bets are settled.

11.3 Termination for Breach of Terms

For accounts closed due to a breach of terms, bonuses and related winnings may be forfeited. The return of the original deposited amount will be decided following an investigation.
